VP Building Surveying was established in 2016 with the key objective being to provide specialist building surveying services to clients as well as assisting clients throughout the building compliance and approval process. VP Building Surveying strives to provide personal service to clients whilst satisfying Building Legislation obligations.
Vince Panuccio has over 30 years building surveying experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to projects. He has provided consulting services and acted as the relevant building surveyor on a range of projects. Project experience includes:

As well as previous experience in managing a large building surveying business, Vince has also worked in a multi-disciplinary engineering firm as the building surveying team leader. Vince was also the Airport Building Controller at Melbourne, Essendon and Moorabbin Airports and early on his career worked at local Council.
With this multitude of experiences in different delivery streams, Vince has attained an understanding of workflow, the art of communication and the importance of meeting expectations for all stakeholders.
